Main Responsibilities:

Interface with Client/Watsons to support sales team on the AR reconciliation in an accurate and timely manner.

Deep involvement in the Retail business and collaboration with accounting/sales/operation team.

Familiarity with the portal of Watsons and order to cash process, including but not limit to verify the booking of sales order, sales billing, goods returning and billing, subledger reconciliation and ensure the data calculation logically.

Follow up with A&P, selling price verification.

Responsible for the consignment stock check and analysis.

Timely escalation of the block points and risky issue to superior for solution.

Assist finance report team to handle the consolidation analysis.

Ad-hoc task assigned by the superior.

Key Requirements:

University degree and preferred major in accountancy or relevant subject.

At least 5 year's experience in handling the whole order to cash process of interfacing with reputable supermarket (Watsons, Walmart, Carrefour, etc.).

Detail oriented and quick learner, good team player, willing to grow in the fast-paced working environment.

Strong business acumen and analytical skills，excellent interpersonal skills.

Solid finance reporting analysis skills is preferential.

Skilled in SAP FI.

Good English skills both in oral and written is preferential.
