Main Responsibilities:

Operate the existing and implement new firewall / security solutions.

Provide day-to-day technical guidance regarding existing solutions for the Perimeter & Cloud Security team and its customers.

Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.

Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.

Key Requirements:

4+ years of experience (including co-op/internship experience) in the IT field encompassing a majority of the following areas - Firewall / Network Security, networking, and/or IT project management, LAN/WAN.

3+ years of experience providing customer support and resolution regarding technical issues.

Experience with NetSkope Secure Cloud Gateway, Fortinet Firewalls.

Proven time and project planning abilities.

Experience in the Automotive industry.
